Attained Florida State Life, Health and Variable Annuities License and NASD Series 65 to become a licensed Financial Advisor.
I started at small branch office in Tampa, FL self studying for my Series 7 exam and cold calling business owners out of the yellow pages while tending bar at the restaurant downstairs. I soon partnered with the firm's highest producer and relocated to the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA where I gained a reputation as the go-to guy for technology stocks and operational efficiency. I accepted the Assistant Operations Manager position after digitizing every paper form and creating a new paradigm for broker/client/operations and compliance chain. Soon after I was offered a position in the Trading department because of my attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. I attained my Series 55 Equities Trader license and worked as an Agency Trader until late 2006 when I decided to pursue my dream of starting my own company.
Was integral to the company's (then Big Entertainment Corp.) transition from retail chain store to complete e-commerce model using Tango Application Server on IBM AIX. Maintained main corporate website and regularly created custom branded theme stores for special events like movie premiers, dvd releases and industry events. I was the only web developer in the IT department during the time I was with Big Entertainment. The company completed the merger with Hollywood Media Corp. soon after I left and the corporate site (BigE.com) was folded into Hollywood.com.
Duties included answering technical support inquiries by phone and email, registering customer domain names with the InterNIC via email templates and NIC handles, creating new customer accounts on Linux server by hand editing Apache configuration files, creating print media advertisements, create banner ads, maintain company website and also some customer websites. Dialtone Internet was acquired by Interland in 2004 after growing into a profitable dedicated hosting and colocation company.

On June 2, 2013 I took ZenWorkers.com off the back burner and entered it as a from-scratch startup in Venture Camp 1.0 and am currently hacking away and pitching my rear off getting ready to shout my message from the digital mountain tops of social media.
